About the Job

 Resolute Corporate Advisory is inviting applications for the role of Senior Legal Associate — a great chance to work hands-on with IBC proceedings, legal drafting, and corporate legal advisory under the guidance of CA Mohit Chawla.

Eligibility

Educational Requirements: BA LL.B. / LL.B. / LL.M.

Experience: 3–5 years post-qualification experience.

Desirable: Prior exposure to IBC matters, CIRP documentation, or practice before NCLT / NCLAT.

Work Profile

As a Senior Legal Associate, you will be expected to:

• Handle IBC-related matters before NCLT, NCLAT, Supreme Court, and High Courts.

• Assist with CIRP (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process) advisory and documentation.

• Draft and vet contracts and legal documents.

• Prepare minutes of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) meetings.

• Draft legal opinions and compliance documents.
