Key Responsibilities:
· Give legal advice on business and compliance matters.
· Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
· Help ensure the company follows all laws.
· Handle legal documents and manage risks.
· Support senior management with legal solutions.
Eligibility:
· Has an LL.B. degree.
· Has at least 1 year of experience (corporate or in-house role).
· Knows about contract law and compliance.
· Has good drafting and communication skills.
· Can manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
